ALI Partners With ACR for a Davao Project
Ayala Land Inc. (PSE:ALI) And Alsons Consolidated Resources (PSE:ACR) to develop a 25-hectare land in Lanang, Davao into a mixed-used community. The project will include residential and commercial lots, low to midrise towers and a retail component. The two companies have agreed on a 60%-40% sharing in favor of ALI.
